Each individual is requested to thoroughly go through the privacy policy, refund policy and other terms and conditions before signing up for the service offered by Axeum Trading.   • Axeum Trading believes in confidentiality. We ensure complete secrecy of the customer’s identity and personal details and refrain from sharing any such details for any other purposes.

  • Upon this assurance, we also expect the customer to stay cautious. 

We never ask our customers to share their account details and passwords. Axeum Trading is not responsible for any loss or financial discrepancy incurred upon sharing the former details.

In case of any contact asking for the details claiming to be Axeum Trading, please immediately contact the support team. 

 

Claiming Money Back Guarantee offer:

  • We have a 100% refund policy within 24 hours of the initiation of the course. This is to ensure maximum ease to the customer in case they feel dissatisfied with the course. 

  • We expect no misuse of this offer. Axeum Trading withholds the power to abstain the user from availing any further services offered upon observance of the same. 

  • The customer may be expected to fill in a feedback form in this case. This is merely for us to ensure improvement on expected grounds.

 

Refund Policy:

  • Refunds shall be initiated within 5-7 business days. The customer is requested to cooperate with the same. 

  • Cancellations before the start of the course will be entertained with 100% refund.

Payment Method:

  • All payments are made accessible through Razorpay gateway. Although Razorpay offers complete security to your payment, it is further advisable to download the invoice and/or receipt to avoid any confusion concerning the same. 

  • Complete payment for the course shall be done altogether. No discrepancies will be entertained.

 

Miscellaneous Terms and Conditions:

  • The Stock Market is subject to Money risks. Axeum Trading takes over NO responsibility for any customer experiencing financial discrepancy with the same. We are here to ensure that each individual availing our services knows the stock market in-and-out and invests in the same upon their own risk. 

  • In case any provision of the above agreement is found invalid or unlawful, that provision shall stand null and void unaffecting any other provision.

  • By signing below, you ensure your acknowledgement of all the provisions mentioned above and agree to comply with each and every above mentioned provision.
